We built Unstuck to be genuinely helpful — and that means being straightforward about what we collect and why. No surprises, no small print traps.
What we collect
- Email address — when you join the waitlist or sign up for beta access
- Phone number — when you become a member, collected via Stripe checkout
- SMS message content — your texts with Unstuck, used to give you better responses within a session
- Payment information — processed by Stripe; we never see your card number
How we use it
- Email — to notify you about launch or beta access
- Phone number — to send and receive Unstuck text messages
- SMS content — stored temporarily within a 60-minute conversation window to give you better, more coherent responses during a session
- Payment info — processed securely by Stripe for subscription billing
What we never do
- Sell or share your data with third parties
- Store conversations beyond what's needed for the service
- Send you marketing texts — Unstuck only responds when you text first
Third-party services
Unstuck works with a small number of trusted services to operate:
- Stripe — payment processing
- Twilio — SMS delivery
- Supabase — database hosting
- Anthropic — AI processing. Your messages are sent to Anthropic to generate responses, and are subject to Anthropic's data policy
Your rights
- Request deletion of your data at any time
- Unsubscribe by texting STOP
