We built Unstuck to be genuinely helpful — and that means being straightforward about what we collect and why. No surprises, no small print traps.

What we collect

  • Email address — when you join the waitlist or sign up for beta access
  • Phone number — when you become a member, collected via Stripe checkout
  • SMS message content — your texts with Unstuck, used to give you better responses within a session
  • Payment information — processed by Stripe; we never see your card number

How we use it

  • Email — to notify you about launch or beta access
  • Phone number — to send and receive Unstuck text messages
  • SMS content — stored temporarily within a 60-minute conversation window to give you better, more coherent responses during a session
  • Payment info — processed securely by Stripe for subscription billing

What we never do

  • Sell or share your data with third parties
  • Store conversations beyond what's needed for the service
  • Send you marketing texts — Unstuck only responds when you text first

Third-party services

Unstuck works with a small number of trusted services to operate:

  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Twilio — SMS delivery
  • Supabase — database hosting
  • Anthropic — AI processing. Your messages are sent to Anthropic to generate responses, and are subject to Anthropic's data policy

Your rights

  • Request deletion of your data at any time
  • Unsubscribe by texting STOP
