How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime — no fees, no guilt trips. Text STOP to Unstuck, use your Stripe billing portal, or email us at support@untstuck.com and we'll take care of it. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
How do I change my phone number?
Send us an email at support@untstuck.com from the address associated with your account, and we'll update your number. For security, we may ask you to verify your identity.
What if I'm in crisis?
Unstuck is not a crisis service. If you or someone you know is in immediate danger, please reach out to one of these resources:

How do I report a problem?
