What Unstuck is

  • A text-message-based decision-support companion for women with ADHD
  • Part of The ADHD Tech Club membership ($9/month)
  • Powered by AI — not a human, not a therapist, not a medical professional

What Unstuck is NOT

  • Therapy or counseling
  • Medical advice
  • Crisis intervention — though we do provide crisis resources when distress is detected
  • A replacement for professional mental health support

Subscription terms

  • $9/month, billed monthly via Stripe
  • Free during the beta period — no credit card required until launch

Cancellation & refund policy

  • Cancel anytime — no cancellation fees, no guilt trips
  • Cancel by texting STOP, or through your Stripe billing portal
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • Refunds are available for the current billing period if requested within 7 days of the charge
  • To request a refund, email hello@untstuck.com

Acceptable use

  • One membership per person
  • Don't use Unstuck to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

Limitation of liability

  • Unstuck provides decision support, not professional advice
  • We are not liable for decisions made based on Unstuck's suggestions
  • Service is provided "as is" — we aim for 24/7 availability but don't guarantee uptime
